I’m a pre and post natal corrective exercise specialist with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. I'm also an athleticism coach, trained doula, and have over 10 years of group/personal training experience.

I'm a mama of 3 and I know firsthand how beautiful but challenging these seasons of motherhood can be.
